JavaScript find time in m/d/yyyy format
I'm using the following date to retrieve the time from the web page. I don't care about the date. I want the time in m/d/yyyy format:

How can I get the time from a string of date in the format m/d/yyyy, without knowing the date?

It's been a long time since I've done this kind of thing, but I think you can get the hours and minutes by getting the year, month, and day of the month from the date object, then subtracting the time.
